WHEN SHOULD I HAVE MY SENIOR PORTRAITS TAKEN?

Typically Senior Portraits are taken the summer before your Senior year.  However, if you’re not interested [or don’t need] a yearbook photo, some Seniors choose to have them taken the fall or spring of their Senior year.  Just make sure you check with your school about the yearbook photo policies and deadlines.

 

HOW DO I CHOOSE A PLACE FOR MY SENIOR PORTRAITS?

Give us a call! Together we will talk about the look and feel that you want for your Portraits.  Maybe that means you love fields, the beach or barns.  You may love a modern look, or want a very simplistic, classic look.  Whatever your style is, we can find a location that you love. We also have the Campli Studio that we utilize all year long.

 

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

The Campli team watches the weather closely as your Session approaches.  If it looks like rain, we’ll reschedule to a day/time as soon as possible. However, we may still try to do any in-studio shots that day!

 

HOW LONG WILL THE SESSION LAST?

A typical Senior Session will last between 30 minutes to an hour depending upon the session chosen.

 

HOW MANY CLOTHING CHANGES CAN I BRING?

We recommend you bring about 2-3 clothing changes. Choose clothing that you feel great in – if you feel great, you’ll be confident, comfortable, and more relaxed. Try to incorporate your interest in your outfit choices! If you love lacrosse bring your uniform, if you play an instrument that is mobile bring that along. We love creating your portraits to be a specific to you and your High-School experience as possible!

Girls, for your drape shot... please bring a strapless bra or tank top that you can have your shoulders showing.  You also may want to bring along your favorite pearls or necklace that you love.

 

I’VE SEEN SOME PHOTOS IN PINTEREST OR IN ADS – CAN WE TRY SOMETHING LIKE THAT?

Absolutely! We love to see what our clients have in mind! Follow us on Pinterest, you can find some great, fun ideas there! You can email photos as well.  I love to see what photos you like!

 

HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN SEE MY IMAGES?

Within a week or two, you will receive an email with us to make an appointment at the studio to view your portraits in our viewing room! We display them on our big screen T.V. for us to sort through with you and pick your favorites.

 

HOW DO I ORDER PRINTS AND PRODUCTS?

You can order with us at your proofing appointment!

 

WHAT DOES “COPYRIGHT” MEAN AND WHAT AM I ALLOWED TO DO WITH MY PHOTOS?

A copyright is the protection of “original works of authorship”.  All of our work is copyrighted.  Many clients have asked us what is “ok” to do with images or photos, so here are a couple examples of copyright infringement: copying a photo on a copier, screenshots of a photo for personal use [eg. framing for a wall, Facebook, etc.], or editing a photo to remove the copyright symbol.  If you’re not sure, just ask!

 

WHAT ABOUT SOCIAL MEDIA?

Facebook, Instagram and Twitter are awesome places to share photos!  We sell Social Media packages and you can purchase images to use all of any Social Media site.
